For parents and guardians
Privacy, in plain language.
Sprout Math is a children’s maths game provided by Quite Ai Tools. An adult manages the account; children do not need a separate email account.
Effective 18 October 2026 · Covers Android release 0.10.0 and these support pages.
What we use and why
- Parent account: Google Firebase Authentication processes your email, account identifier, sign-in provider, verification status and authentication credentials to create and secure your account. Google sign-in can also provide your basic profile, such as name and profile picture. Sprout Math does not ask for access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.
- Learning and settings: activity results, accuracy, time spent, hint counts, progress, rewards, drawings, selected age, category choices, category levels and settings are saved on your device. In this preview, detailed progress and drawings are not uploaded to a Sprout learning server or synced between devices. Optional PIN protection is stored locally as a salted derived value.
- Support: if you email us, we process your email address and the information you send to answer your request. Please avoid sending children’s names, photos or other unnecessary identifying information.
- Service security: Google processes technical information, including IP addresses, to operate authentication and prevent abuse.
Children’s information and parent control
Children use a parent-managed account. The app does not ask children for their name, email, date of birth, location, photos or voice recordings. It has no chat, public profiles or advertising. Voice guidance uses installed offline text-to-speech voices; the app does not record microphone audio.
An optional PIN protects category choices and settings when enabled. Parents can contact us to review or delete account information, ask about information associated with their child’s use, or request that further collection stop. See the deletion instructions below. An account email verification confirms control of that email; it is not a separate age or parental-identity check.
Access verification and purchases
Google Play processes subscription and lifetime-access payments. Sprout Math does not receive payment-card details. Our Firebase and Google Cloud services store an account identifier, purchase tokens and product identifiers, access status, renewal/expiry information and verification timestamps to validate purchases, restore access and prevent purchase reuse across accounts.
The service also stores free-activity usage counts, random activity or mission request identifiers, category identifiers and completion counters used to enforce the allowance and handle retries. These access records are separate from detailed learning reports. Answers, drawings, hint counts, detailed accuracy reports and the selected age remain on the device. Service logs may include request metadata, IP addresses and error codes for operation and security.
Usage analytics
Firebase usage-analytics collection is disabled in version 0.10.0, including for devices that enabled it in an earlier preview. There is no analytics opt-in in this release. Required account, access-verification and security processing still occurs as described above. We do not use advertising IDs or targeted advertising.
Who processes information
We use Google Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Firestore and Google Cloud for access verification and security, and Google Play for purchases. Firebase Analytics is included in the app but its collection is disabled in this release. Google may process data on servers outside your country. Read Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect the service or to address fraud and security issues.
Storage and deletion
Local learning data remains on the device until you remove the Sprout profile, clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Keep anything you need before deleting; this preview does not provide cloud progress recovery.
Firebase retains account information while your account exists. Open Settings → Account → Delete account, unlock your PIN if enabled and type DELETE to confirm. A recent sign-in may be required. This deletes the Firebase sign-in account and its learning profile on the current device. Progress stored on other devices must be removed there. You can also request deletion by emailing support@quiteaitools.com from the account email. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play to stop renewal.
After account deletion, the service retains limited account-linked free-usage and random completion identifiers, and a purchase-ownership record containing a hashed purchase-token identifier, account identifier and deletion state, to prevent reuse and support fraud prevention. Reusable purchase tokens are removed from the deleted purchase record. Google Play may retain transaction records under its own policies. Contact us for review or deletion of retained information and we will explain any applicable retention requirement.
Firebase states that authentication IP logs are retained for a few weeks. Provider logs, backups and any previously collected analytics are subject to the provider’s retention and deletion controls and may not disappear immediately when an account is removed. Contact us about a specific deletion request; we will explain any information that must be retained and why. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle requests and related obligations.
This website and payments

The current release offers five free completed activities per account, a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime full-access purchase. Google Play shows the price and applicable subscription terms before confirmation. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
