Request account deletion, ask about your data or get help with Sprout Math.
Delete in the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Unlock your PIN if you have enabled one. Read the notice and type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your Firebase account and the learning profile on that device. If asked, sign out and sign in again before retrying. Remove local data separately on other devices.
Request deletion by email (any version)
- Email us from the address used for your Sprout Math account.
- Use the subject “Sprout Math account deletion” and tell us you want the account and associated personal information deleted.
- We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or PIN.
Remove progress from your device
Earlier preview 0.6.8’s “Remove Sprout profile” action removes the local learning profile and signs you out. It does not delete the Firebase sign-in account. You can also clear the app’s data or uninstall it to remove local data. These actions can permanently remove progress and drawings from that device.
What may remain
Limited free-usage and purchase-ownership records may remain to prevent reuse and fraud. Reusable purchase tokens are removed from the deleted purchase record. Previously collected analytics, security logs, Google Play transaction records and provider backups remain subject to applicable retention and deletion processes. Contact us to review retained information; we will explain any retention that applies to your request. See the privacy policy for details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Sprout Math account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to cancel renewal. A purchase does not back up local learning progress.
